Have not heard anything from TXU!

I received Help from TEXAS Utilities Help for my Electricity funded through the state of TEXAS. The check was sent to TXU, when i call about this matter no one at TXU knows what Im talking about The check was received on 10/17/2022 at TXU.

Help me please

I have been trying to speak to someone at customer service for 5 hrs. How can I speak to a customer service representative. Today I don't want to wait on hold for 2 or 3 hours. I need to speak to a live person please me your company sucks big time there isn't anyone to help you out at all

Complaints Ignored Until I Cancelled

I don't use a lot of energy. I don't even have HVAC. My bills were $385 per month! I continued to complain, but no support and no discounted plans were offered until I switched my plan. Only then did they contact me about my complaint to try to get me to stay. When I refused to stay, they sent me a two week bill for $521!!! I have been with the company for three years. There should be no surprise cancellation fees. Criminals.

User's recommendation: Go with a company that has lower rates.

Tree limb on power line

Tree limb on power line and may be dangerous to remove it by me or homeowner. Its not a big limb but it is caught on the power line

Solar buy program for residential property.

No one answers their phone anymore. All you have is phone virtual people.That transfers you to another line set on hold then wrong department.
