TXu energy provider was good for the 1st year then they started their move in this year (2008): The rate just went up very high without any notice which makes my bill went from $148 to $271.My usage wasn't that much higher than before.

I've called their cheap assss customer service a few times, and THEY ALL PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 5-7 mins everytime. Not only that, they even told me different story about my bill, rate everytime. It took me hours with them, and the issue never got solved. One time I was trying to ask them for their supervisor.

Guess what? They hung up on me :( Their customer service is one of the world cheap assss service... They just don't know what they are doing....
